GrowthSpire provides startup acceleration services including but not limited to:

• Mentorship and advisory services
• Access to investor networks
• Educational workshops and resources
• Co-working space and facilities
• Networking events and demo days

3. Eligibility

To apply for our accelerator program, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your company to these terms. By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GrowthSpire or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Confidentiality

Information shared during the application process and accelerator program may be confidential. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

GrowthSpire provides services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the success of any startup or investment. GrowthSpire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
